Shipping
We are able to arrange 5 different boxes for you – this will need to be a special custom order. Get in touch with Sandy – sandy@birdieboxx.com.au;(mailto:sandy@birdieboxx.com.au) and we can work together with your Gift Box ideas and budget. We will then send through some ideas for you to consider, and of course, these can be re-worked.
Absolutely! Here at BIRDIEBOXx, personalisation is our specialty! Simply supply us with a copy of your logo in a vector file format (your Graphic Designer can supply you with these files) as this will give optimal results. For complete accuracy of your logo, we cannot accept any other file format. This will need to be presented to us via email. Please be aware that incorporating branded elements may extend the processing time of your order by up to two weeks.
We offer the following branding options at no extra charge.

Yes, of course. We can offer a minimum bundle of 5 Gift Boxes for the Christmas festive season; to a maximum of 20 boxes. Feel free to pre-order your special Christmas Gift Boxes before the rush (recommended).
Please note that we have a cut-off of 1st December for Christmas Gift Box orders; and a maximum of 20 Boxes. If we feel that we are unable to fulfill your order by the required date, we will let you know immediately. Christmas is our busiest time of year and being a small business we want to ensure the most timely delivery to ensure your recipients receive their bundle of Joy in time for Santa to deliver!!
Should you require more than 20 boxes, please make your order before 15th October so as to avoid the rush.
We can inscribe festive messages on your gift boxes (an additional $5 per gift box if incorporated with your Logo or with someone's personal name)…or FREE if you just want the inscription alone) E.g's are Merry Christmas, Merry & Bright, Seasons Greetings, Happy Holidays and so on.
We also offer festive colour ribbons to tie into the festive season theme.
Please note that all Christmas-themed gift boxes are through Custom Order only and not available through direct purchase from our website. We need to get the perfect colour combinations and finishes to make your brand and gifts pop – so we need to be clear on these finer and more intricate details.
Yes, we certainly can.
Gift wrapping attracts a $5 cost per box.
Please also note that this can delay the processing time of your order depending on the number of Gift Boxes you order.
We will give you an estimated time frame prior to placing your order if it appears that it will exceed our standard processing time of 10 business days.
We can process an order usually within 7 -10 working days if you do not incorporate any branding on your Gift Boxes and also depending on your order quantity. We take special care in elegantly packing your Gift Boxes and we do not rush this process. We want your Gift Boxes to look absolutely perfect!
For Gift boxes that are incorporating our FREE (and / or) additional branding options (such as candles, reed diffusers and room sprays), this may extend the processing time of an additional 2-3 days.
Our orders take a little longer to process than other larger gifting providers as we are a small business and do not hold stock on hand, therefore we need to also incorporate the delivery times of our suppliers which averages between 4 - 6 working days.

The truth is, as a small-scale business, our limited order capacity in comparison to larger suppliers is primarily due to prioritizing and maintaining the highest standards of quality and ensuring prompt delivery.
While we may not handle the volume that larger competitors do, our dedication to excellence and your complete satisfaction remains unwavering.
We acknowledge that we are still in the early stages of growth; however our focus is definitely not on quantity; but on providing a personalized experience that exceeds expectations. Ultimately, our aim is to deliver not just amazing Gift Boxes, but an experience infused with passion and attentiveness, which distinguishes us from the routine 'pack and ship' practices. Your trust and satisfaction are paramount to us, and we strive to uphold these values in every interaction.
Our beautiful magnetic gift boxes are reusable – use them to encapsulate your next gift to someone – don’t buy another gift box, simply re-use this one. Recycle the ribbon also. Even better, use it as a storage or trinket box.
The tissue paper we use inside the gift box, along with the shredded paper is also recyclable and biodegradable. If we ship your boxes to individual recipients, we use recyclable shipping boxes.
Our first and foremost objective is to package our boxes in a manner that ensures that they reach you safely, undamaged, and in their original condition. Although we strive to ensure that all our packaging is environmentally friendly and sustainable, there may be some instances where we may use additional bubble wrap to protect fragile items such as glass.
There are avenues to recycle bubble wrap, however, there are many other uses for this packaging which makes it very useful when it comes to re-purposing. We do try and steer away from the “Old School” hamper with cellophane wrap. As we pride ourselves on our contemporary and innovative design, we do not offer this style of hamper.
However; if you do prefer this type of look, then we can work with you for a similar feel.
We offer our Tub Gift Baskets, where the material/finish is as that of our magnetic gift boxes, however in the shape of a contemporary style basket. Take a look at our design ideas HERE to get a better idea of this option.
We also offer a Rattan Basket which is actually a planter – so your recipient will receive their goodies in the planter basket, and then can use this to house a beautiful indoor or outdoor plant.
Both of these options are finished with a ribbon around the circumference for that added pizzaz. Again, take a look at our design ideas HERE to get a better visual and feel for this packaging option.
Please be advised however that these Gifting options are available via custom order only, however we do offer some pre-curated options on our website from time to time.
Simply get in touch with Sandy – sandy@birdieboxx.com.au (mailto:sandy@birdieboxx.com.au)and all that is needed is to complete a custom order form, or send through an Excel spreadsheet with your recipients details and we will organise the rest.
If your order is for custom gift boxes, then the order will be invoiced. Each individual box will incur a postage fee of $14.95
Ensuring the safe arrival of your bundles is a top priority for us, which is why we encourage thorough inspection upon receipt. If you encounter any issues, kindly notify us within 7 days of delivery. Regrettably, replacements for damages reported beyond this timeframe cannot be accommodated due to our limited inventory.
